Most work is based on an hourly rate of $50 per hour. This covers consultations, nursery visits, drafting, and so on. My work is often helping those eager to learn and do themselves and for some projects, a flat fee may be optional. Should the scope of work go beyond what you are able to do yourself, I can meet with your prospective contractors to review plans and be available for questions during installation.
